Sarah Currie,
Ph.D., LCMHC
Hi, I’m Sarah, and I help individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected find their way forward with greater self-awareness and freedom.
Whether you're carrying grief that feels too heavy, navigating relationship struggles that leave you questioning your path, managing career stress that’s wearing you down, or feeling trapped by anxiety or past pain — you’re not alone. I work with adults across all life stages who are motivated to understand their story, heal, and live more authentically.
My approach is strengths-based and person-centered, grounded in the belief that you already hold the resources needed for growth — sometimes you just need a supportive, honest space to uncover them. I bring warmth, curiosity, and directness to our work, helping you slow down, connect the dots, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change. Drawing from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and CBT, I help individuals and couples deepen self-awareness, strengthen their relationships, and move toward greater freedom.
I believe true freedom comes from knowing yourself and living that truth across all the spaces you inhabit. If you're looking for a therapist who will be fully present, prepared, and committed to your journey, I’d be honored to work with you.
